pGLO™ Transformation Lab Session II-Check our results


Today Team Alpha fetched out stacks of four experiment groups and test the transformed E.Coli with UV Light.

The result is below, successful.

今日阿尔法小队取出四个控制组的培养皿叠并用短波紫外线光折哦蛇来实验转化的大肠杆菌菌株是否成功。

Each petri dish are shined with longwave UV light to test the presence of Green Fluorescent Protein. The glowing of the protein in the dark proves the successful transformation of pGLO plasmid into E.Coli, the activation of trait expression in chemical environment of Arabinose Sugar and successful production of Ampicillin.

实验成功。在黑暗中绿色荧光蛋白闪闪发光透出生命的光彩。此蛋白的成功发光象征了pGLO质粒成功地菌株转换,果胶糖化学环境下对菌株特点表达的成功激活以及抗生素抗药性物质的成功分泌。
